Information You Share on BuMex
Your User ID is displayed on many pages at BuMex (and so available to the public), and is connected to all of your BuMex activity. Other people can see your storefronts, feedback, ratings and associated comments. Notices sent to other community members about suspicious activity and policy violations on our sites refer to User IDs and specific items. So if you associate your name with your User ID, the people to whom you have revealed your name will be able to personally identify your BuMex activities. |

Using Information from BuMex
BuMex enables you to share personal and financial information to complete transactions. We encourage you to disclose your privacy practices and respect the privacy of other users. No Spam, Spyware or Spoofing
We and our users do not tolerate spam. Make sure to set your BuMex notification preferences so we communicate to you as you prefer. You are not licensed to add other BuMex users, even a user who has purchased an item from you, to your mailing list (email or physical mail) without their express consent. To report BuMex-related spam or spoof emails to BuMex, please forward the email to spam@bumex.in. You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our User Agreement. We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content, but we do not permanently store messages sent through these tools. If you send an email to an email address that is not registered in our community, we do not permanently store that email or use that email address for any marketing purpose. We do not rent or sell these email addresses.

Account Protection

BuMex will share your Payment Information with banks or vendors relevant to the transaction in order to enable transactions to be completed. In addition, BuMex may use Payment Information to determine your credit-worthiness and, in the process of such determination, BuMex may make such Payment Information available to banks or credit agencies. Any credit card information that you provide through the Site is directly submitted to a payment server of the credit card processing bank. BuMex does not maintain electronic or physical copies of your credit card information. While BuMex has in place up-to-date technology and internal procedures to guard your Payment Information against intruders, there is no guarantee that such technology or procedure can eliminate all of the risks of theft, loss or mis-use.
